What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t
The staff were excellent & helpful. fixing our AC promptly. Alberto at the front desk was a gem, assisting with our bags and cab. Location was perfect, just a quick stroll to the expo center!
Our money wasn’t refundable when I had to cancel due to a flight issue. Communication regarding this was frustrating, and it felt unfair to lose out even in extenuating circumstances.

The Twin Room was comfy and surprisingly quiet at night, just how I like it. We had an issue with the AC, but the staff fixed it super fast.
